Dear Sir, I have order a cellphone on naapto.com and received the same on 24th
october.After 6hrs it stopped working.From 24th evening I am trying to lodge a
complaint on NAAPTOL.COM but in vain.Customer support nos given by M/S Naaptol are
not responding.This nos are 02261486148,02261486134,09223516148,09223536148.As per
guidence given on line by naaptol I have mailed my complaint to feedback@naaptol.com
but no response was received till date.I have called all the nos atleast 50times.My
email complaits are also forwarded to you.My order no is 76275.I reques you to help
me out to get refund or product replaced at the earliest. Thanks Ranjan

I had made a transction through Naaptol website on 8th oct 09 , i had cancelled the order after 2 days of purchase but still they had dilivered the product. Then i returned the product back but i havn't got my money back yet which i paid through my Credit card.

I bought the item titled, 'EPhone Ultra Slim Multimedia Mobile' priced at
INR 4999.00 as shipping on 5 october 2009. When I received the phone it found defective.When I told to Naaptol that the subject is defective they said we will replace it with in one week.For replacement I send it to Naaptol vide way bill no.12426223482 on 9th october 2009 by Blue dart courrier. Now I am calling since last two months on 022-61486148 & 09223516148 numbers everyday executive reply that you will get your product with in one week.Ihave talk to YAMINI,VERSA,MARIA,POOJA,UJJAWALLA and many more executives so many time but they are not supportive.

i ve ordered for ephone which was delivered on 17/11/09 and found that a defective one and it was returned to company 0n 27.11.09 it was under RESHIPMENT TODAY 13/12/2009 TILL NOW I HAVE NOT RECD THE PHONE IVE PAID RS 4999/-
I called up the naptol number to enquire about a product. But was horrified to learn that the order has been confirmed and is being shipped to my address. Despite repeated requests to cancel the same, no action has been taken. Further, there have been 15-20 calls every day on my phone causing extreme distress. I feel that this company is a parasite that sells sub standard products. They have no professional ethics.
