Dear All,

I had placed an order for a Nokia BH 505 Bluetooth headset in Gift360.IN on May 8th 2011.
It was clearly mentioned in the site page that there is an Interest Free EMI for the particular product for Citi Bank Credit Card Holders.

I double checked with the Bank and they confirmed that this offer might be from the Merchant side and asked me to check the same.

When i called the customer care at Gift360 , was shocked to get an update that Gift360.in has deals only for SBI cards.


I got a call from the Customer Care that i had not applied for the EMI option and they will be delivering the product soon. I accepted and waited but till date have not received the product.

After repeated follow up's for a month i am getting a mail now from the customer care that there was an error in the server and they are asking me to raise a new request for buying the bluetooth headset in their website.

I do a lot of online tradings in other famous websites but have never faced a problem anywhere.

If somebody can help in getting justice here it would be of great help .
