We trust what you have written and understand the inconvenience that has been caused to you. Please note that in standard shipping the order is passed to a customer with a delivery commitment of 14 days (Refer to our payment page, delivery page). We got your payment on 22/04/2011 and we had shipped it late on 03/05/2011. The delay was caused due to overwhelming response of the offer for 90% off on UCB watch. The tracking ID of the product was Z36445555 and which was delivered to you within next 5 days.
Please note that, afterwards we received a confirmation from you stating that the product is damaged and hence we told you to send back the product as we would be shipping a new piece all together.
We are still waiting for your response on product shipment of damaged goods. You can still send that back to us and we will send you the item back.
(NOTE: However, we dont accept damage claims after the parcel is delivered as damages are to be noted when a parcel is delivered and if found faulty, then it should have been returned to the courier person then and there. Kindly take this as our effort of resolving the issue. We will provide you with a new product when we get the damaged parcel back)
