Dear Sir,



I had placed an order for a book ( What to expect when you are expecting)
from Indiatimes shopping on 8th June 2009, the cost was around 453 rupees.
Later on after 15days i.e on 22 june 2009 I was informed that order has been
cancelled and amount will be refunded, but later on 23rd june I was inform
that amount will not be refunded but they will give voucher to me so that I
can purchase some other thing and I have ti use that voucehr before 22
september.



If consumer is in need of some product and if seller has taken money for
that product and has not been able to provide me that product and instead he
is compelling me to buy some other product this is not fair.



I want to file complain against this and will claim for compensation. Kindly
guide me.
