ive ordered an mp3 player at indiatimesshopping one month back, the player which was delivered to me was totally crapped, broken and 2nd hand. ive returned to them on the next day personally by visiting to the office of the merchant (ojjas enterprize). they assured me to send me a good product or money back. but its now one month and they havent replied me, they nor replying my phone. plz help me. i m fedup of them. i tried to write a complain to indiatimes costomerservice but it failed to send.. plz help me..

Dear All

Pls Help me out...

I had ordered to INDIA TIMES SHOPPING on 13 oct. A mobile phone Y 8502, cost Rs.4700. Deliverd on 23 oct. On same day i called to cust. Care and cancled the product. Bcoz That was a China product so
i have retured that product on 31 octbr.
From that date to till now i didn't get any responce from ur side. Even i have called many times to 'cust. care' but no result.
Even i complnd to Operation Head,

I am not a new custmr. Of indiatimes. But now,
I am abusing my self, why i bought that product from indiatimes.

Pls do the needful for the same..
