I bought online one 'GPS Watch Tracker Quad Band SOS Cellphone SMS Message' at e bay web site 0n December 21,2011 (Item number140472786211) which I required for my father who is suffering from Alzheimer disease to find out his location if he is unable to find the way back to home & made payment of Rs.6062.02 through paypal eBay. Payment was done on December 21, 2010. (Unique Transaction ID 0FW48093HJ6086647)However the product I received was non working,did not carry any brand name and appeared to be spurious.I complained to merchant but when things did not resolve I made a complaint to paypal.Paypal company advised me to send the item back for refund of my moneyunder their buyer protection policy.On their advice I sent back the item back to merchant through India Post.Now paypal says that this shipping label which has been issued by Indian postal department a government agency is not valid so I am not eligible for refund and have closed this case. I feel totally cheated in this process of online shopping .First I spent money to buy the item and further more money was spent by me on shipping back the item to merchant and now my irony is that I am not left even with spurious item which I had received.I am sure you will investigate this thoroughly and see to it innocent customers are not cheated through online shopping.Paypal may be instructed to return my money back immediately.
