I have ordered a shit from Infibeam on 11th sept 2012 with order no: 9354029. It is shown in the webpage as it will be shipped by 15th september 2012 and will reach me on 19th sept 2012. Today is 20th sept 2012. Still now they haven't shipped the product, it is still showing as processing. Even i have paid the money for that purchase. Even i have contacted the infibeam customer care through email and helpline number, but still now there is no response. I never recommend anyone to buy a product from infibeam. The only service the infibeam offers is a poor customer service. So be careful while dealing with Infibeam.

Now i want either my money to repaid including the loss incurred or deliver the product immediatly to me.

Never fall for Infibeam shopping. They have excessive delay between ordering & shipping, don't keep inventory and hence can't commit on shipping time. Don't go by what is mentioned on their website, it may take days before you get the stuff (if at all). Their customer care lacks credibility, the only thing they can do is pass the messages back & forth and not really provide a face to talk to. I am frustrated with my experience and feel that such ecommerce stores must be penalized or closed under some GOOD regulation. PLEASE DONT DO BUSINESS WITH INFIBEAM and help me spread the message.
