I purchased merchandise from the web site (Confirmation ID: 10007269300032-KZ200145386) and they are yet to be delivered.

Till date, even the courier details are not available on the net. I have all the reasons to believe that the merchandise ordered by me; will not be delivered.

In spite of multiple phone calls and emails, there has been no answer to my problems. The customer care executives are rude, discourteous and treat you like morons - being on hold for more than 40 minutes!!!!!

Each time I call, I am promised a call back within one hour. Days have gone by and there has been no communication. Till my last conversation on 17th March 2011 - the merchandise is not even there for them to sell!!! No one knows when will they come, or come at all!

This is a fraud that would affect a large number of people - who like cricket and want to be a part of it. These guys are playing not only with emotions, but also cheating people of their money. Such malpractice of fraud should immediately be stopped.

I want my money back and the legal authorities to take punitive measures.
