I had booked an air ticket of spice jet of Delhi to Hyderabad from your site
itztravel.in whose reference number is AO1471572 and PNR:X7EREP. In that reference
number I had booked the flight at the Departure time of 6:15AM. But when I reached
at the Delhi Airport. They check my PNR: X7EREP and told that this PNR is booked for
the flight SG 221, of time 2:55 PM. So that I had to Miss my flight due to your
travel agency. So now send me my full money back other wise i had to take an action
on your travel agency. So send me my full money back as soon as possible. I had told
you to cancel these ticket as more than 4 days but upto that I had not done my money
refund.
