Dear Consumer Court,

I have ordered one Nikon D60 Camera through rediff shopping. It was on 12th May 2009. On 15th of May my order was got approved and the amount has been debited from my account.
In the order approval mail, they have mentioned "Please make sure that someone is available at the specified address to receive your order. The material will be delivered within 7 - 10 working days from approved of your order."

As i didnt received the product, I have lodged a complaint regarding this on rediff customer care on 28th of May. On 29th May, I had a telephonic conversation with one of their customer care executive. He had promised me that the product will be delivered within a week. As they do not have stock, its got delayed. And he had given the vendor's contact number also.

But after 10 days also I have not received the product. So I have spoken to the vendor. But he is not giving proper response. And he is saying I will send it once we got the stock. He could not even tell me how many days it will take!

After that two times I have given complaints to rediff customer care. But there is no response from their side.

The amount I have given is Rs. 28974/-

Please help me to get my money back.
