Respected Sir/Madam

I'm Dr.Neha Marwah , resident of Meera Bagh, New Delhi 110087

I had placed on order for a Sony Ericsson W705 walkman phone with Indiatimes
shopping via internet for Rs.13800 + Rs 135 P&H on 17th May 2009 . My order
number is 111648296.My order was verified and confirmed and a cheque (The South
Indian Bank, cheque number: 094200) for the said amount was collected by the
companies employee on 18th may 2009 and the same was encashed by the company on
20th may 2009. I was informed that the phone would be delivered within the next
7-10 working days.

On 22nd May I received various calls followed by many messages by Mr. Manoj
Bhatia (merchant MNV Company) asking me to either cancel my order or make an
additional payment of Rs 3000. In spite of repeated contact on phone from my
side there was no response from the company.

On 28th may I received an e-mail informing me that my order had been cancelled
and my money would be refunded.

Since then I have been contacting them daily and speaking to different junior
executives who have not been able to give me a satisfactory reply about the
refund of my money. Executives spoken to were Jaspreet , Ankit , Bhajan Singh
and many more ..

This whole episode has caused me a lot of mental harassment and waste of my
time and money in making calls to the company.

I therefore think that the company is not honouring its commitment so I kindly
request you to look into the matter and do the needful. I have all the
necessary documents to prove my case ...

Thanking You

Regards

Dr. Neha Marwah
