This company selling seeds online has cheated me! They keep me waiting for more than
20 days, when the seeds I purchased from them there were not coming I wrote them,
making a complain, this was their answer:

“Our shipping department could not shipped out the package, but forgot to update
your shipping status. Please check with your credit card bank regarding this
issue.”

After having received the above answer from them I send to their address the
following massages:

First message:
There is no doubt that your company has received the payment of the first order.

THE Order was placed by me on 12 April 2009. In my Saving bank pass book (
connected With the International Debit card ending with numbers 5384 in name of my
wife Asha Paul) is clearly reported that the sum of Indian Rupees 1765 (equal to
31.45 U.S. Dollars) were credited to you (EVERGREEN Y.H. EN) on date 13 April 2009
from my account. Under the columns withdrawals and Deposit is shown that from that
time till 11 May 2009 this sum of money is never returned back into my account, so
in regard of this order you have undoubtedly received the payment and I didn’t
receive any refund.
As far as this second order is concerned it was paid with an Italian Visa debit card.

This Italian Visa debit card was donated to me by my mother time before and…. 50
Euro were deposited by her before I placed the order. To make findings on this
second payment therefore requires a bit of time because the bank that issued the
card is in Italy. However I think that even in this case payment is happened, in
fact after having received the shipping message (27 April 2009)…..when I was trying
to withdraw money using the same card in the ATM… I noticed that the balance was
less than the 50 Euro deposited 8-10 days before by my mother, and,out of the 50
euro I was able to get only 20.
The following are other messages I have written to them:

I kindly ask you to do everything you can to solve this problem. I would add in this
regard that: the total expenditure of my family (4 members) in one month is about $
700, so a lost of 30 or 60 dollars it has a certain weight at the end. IF YOU SHIP
THE SEEDS I WILL BE HAPPY WITH THAT….ANSWER ME QUICKLY : Riccardo Farkas.

AGAIN……………………………………………………………………………………………………………………… ……………………………………..Kindly, answer to
this page: You may feel that I am pushing too much…………Ok, I went to the post office
5-6 or 7 times…….And after 23 days came your answer: “Our shipping department could
not shipped out the package, but forgot to update your shipping status. Please
check with your credit card bank regarding this issue.” And after that it was
impossible to receive help and answer from you.
Actually I cannot explain to you how many obstacle I have faced the last month to
arrange my garden now is there paralyzed …..Every think is there ready, but not the
seeds.

I sent them other messages but all of them were neglected. I GOT ONLY ONE MESSAGE
FROM them at the beginning : “Our shipping department could not shipped out the

card bank regarding this issue.” After it was impossible to receive any more
answers. These are real facts!
Kindly tell me what can I do to get my money back or at list the seeds I have paid
twice to them if you have any solution or advice kindly write me back.
