    I had ordered some products from Fashion and You. Here is the history:
    -In one order the incorrect product was delivered, which I sent back. I was assured that they will replace it with the correct product. After I followed up several times, they told me that they did not have that product in stock and hence cancelled the order. I had to follow-up many more times to get the amount credited back.
    -A second order was cancelled without my knowledge. I was following up for many days asking why there was a delay in that order. Noone bothered to reply. And one fine day I saw in the account history that it has been cancelled. I was never intimated about the same. They claimed that the courier people tried to contact me for delivery. But if I was following up for the status for so long, why did anyone not reply in the first place. How can they cancel the order when I had paid for it, and was clearly interested in receiving it? Till date, I have not received the amount / store credit for this order.
    -A third order was delivered partially. When I emailed mentioning the same, I was informed that the product was not in stock and hence the order was cancelled. If it was not in stock, why were they selling it? And again, how can they cancel the order directly without even telling me about it? Especially since it was paid for! Again, till date, I have not received the refund for this order.

    I have sent several emails to the Fashion and You customer ID and many mails have gone unanswered. The 2nd and 3rd order above were gifts and has caused a lot of emotional trouble since they were not delivered at all. Moreover, they have not been replying to emails, and I have STILL NOT RECEIVED THE MONEY BACK.

    I want to lodge a complaint against them for emotional trouble, and hassles involved in terms of effort gone in tracking the orders and following-up for them. I have all the relevant mail trails showing their complete ignorance.

    As all the products go through a strict quality check at fashionandyou.com before shipping. If some of the products are defective, they are sent back to the vendor and this can cause in reduction in inventory. Handling a customer base of a million users in not an easy feat. So one in million delivery of incorrect product is possible. I am sure fashionandyou.com is trying to improve their customer care service at its best. The website is just an year old and already has a customer base of over one million, which is very difficult to handle. I think you should understand this situation and cut them some slack. I am sure your queries will be resolved.

    Default Complaint against a Saree (Order No 1245778)

    Hii.


    I bought a Saree (Order No 1245778) online on fashion and you on.
    During purchasing this, in its specifications it was written that Its a Saree with Unstitched Blouse. While i received my order, it was in five pieces. It doesnot seems like a saree. Even the draping cloth is so small, that it cannot make not a single Plete. Quality of cloth is was below standards and below what was mentioned on the site (it was not as per speifications). I called, mailed and returned the goods to them. This is very frustrating and leaves a feeling of being cheated by this online shopping experience. I am not sure what should be my next course of action
