reference to my above complain, please note that, the issue was shorted out by dispetch team of KALAZONE, SURAT after so many oral corrospondse with their operational team. after such long priod they approches me for my complain status.. i want to clearify to all that the matter is over now.. i have received the said goods after 7 months of my order date.. request you to all that please carefull while purchasing online with such organization..

I am Poonam Maheshwari from Gurgaon.

I had ordered goods worth Rs 8,324 from KALA ZONE SILK MILLS website on 1st July 2011 (order no. 14321). I was a little afraid after reading all these complains but was getting a good bargain, so went ahead with it.

But the order came fine and within 3 working days. All the sarees were intact and had no defect. (Ya I had used the Private Courier after reading all these stuff here)

The sarees and Lehanga were appreciated by everyone in my family.

So I do think Kalazone is good in delivering products.

i m also a victim of kalazone as i hv purchased sm products frm kalazone n didn't wt i ordrd for. i got cheaper material. pls dont buy nything frm kalazone. its a fraud n dis company shud be punished for cheating people. pls pls pls no shopping with Kalazone.........they are not what they show on website

hello.. I ordered Kalazone product on 16th August from their new website . I had ordered 2 sarees in black n red colour and got them correctly delivered in Nagpur on 6th September.

I dont believe in all these complains.. They probably would have been right, but I had a nice experience and just felt like sharing it. I saw their facebook page which also has a lot of people trusting their products. In all, think it is value for money to buy their products... i am suprised infact that if kalazone makes profit with so low cost, other companies probably overcharge us so much....

we had thought of a business of dress materials.and ordered it from kalazone we dint receive the same piece as it was shown on net,other than dat there were not even a piece which did not get fade ,fade u can say it use to look like a white cotton cloth.We were so ashamed when we got to know it from ppl who had bought it and we had to bear a great loss.To buy from a shop near by is good then going for online shopping.It takes effort to go out but worth it

The above complain is faulty. Kalazone Silk Mill has resolved all the problems that had occurred due to bad logistics. We request the user to provide his name and address to substantiate the claim. It is a problem of Competitors trying to but back our business.

Thanks, all of u , I was going to place an order and after reading all the complaints I have changed my mind.....................

It is very unfortunate to inform you that I am a customer of Kalazone. I ordered some items worth Rs. 8000 by cash on delivery.One Rajesh or Saurav contacted me and said that as the amount is too much they will send in two parcel, on of which I got around third week of Feburary of Rs. 4100 But when I opened the parcel it was full of books actually magazine. Then I contacted the Kalazone through phone the very same day.They offered to compensate it by giving 50% discount i.e., pay 50% and they will pay the other half. In 2 orders they said they will do it. The very next day when I asked that shall I put the order one Mr. Tiwari said that they will not be able to compensate it in the said way but can do it by 20% but I argued it and said how can they go back on their words. Then he said okay you go ahead and deposit 2100 and then they will send products of 4000. I deposited in ICCI account which they have given in complete trust like a fool. Then they sent two products of total amount Rs. 1734. When I contacted them they said the next parcel is on the way. But after a week when I again contacted them Mr. Tiwari assured me that h will look into the matter and dispatch the parcel within two days. But after that whenever I call them they ignore it by saying it very harshly.Forget about the Rs. 4100 even the other 2100 which I deposited was not given in terms of goods of which Rs. 1734 goods is sent. I really want you to go through this matter. I know I have lost the money and nothing can be done but when hard earned money is lost it hurts. Thanking you. Probin Handique., Jorhat, Assam
