Dear Sir/madam,

I am a HR Consultant, handling placement service, i have purchased one job portal
from monster india pvt ltd, we have took the portal for one year with four
installments, for that they have made one agreement also,upto March 15th 2009 our
first installment is completed and we already paid the amount for that 1st
installment, so now due to the economic recession our business also effected, and as
you know there is no recruitment is going on in any companies,so we are decided to
discontinue the monster service from March 15th 2009 ,more over many times we
requested for the alternative solution but till date we have not recieved a single
reply from them, so we have given the request for discontinue on february 18th 2009
with 1 month notice period, we have given stop payment to all three remaining
cheques,and after that service also discontinued, and now these monster people are
calling regularly and forcing us to pay the whole amount which we have not yet used,
and they are telling they will give it to the third party to recovery and also they
are talking about the legal action,please help me out as i have only used three
months service and already paid for that and i wont be able to use their remaining 9
month service which is already discontinued, how i can pay for that, as there is no
business,no fund to pay and we have not using their service as its already
discontinued, so kindly requesting you to help me out in this matter.
