I sold a cell phone through bay but bay doesn't give my money he ask me to provide POD(proof of delivery). Buyer never complaint about cell phone but bay told me that if i will unable to provide POD then bay refund the buyer and when i asked that will i receive again my cell phone then bay told me to contact buyer on your own and ask him to send it. I do exactly same as bay terms and conditions but POD was not in terms and conditions of ebay.Please help me to get my money.
