Hi,

I was a seller on ebay and have sold more than 100 items with close to 100% positve reviews totalling to more than 50. This one fine day I received an email from ebay that my account is suspended. The Customer helpline over the phone said that they can not help as well as the live chat said that they can not help. The only way to understand and find out about the suspension is to send an email to inrswebhelp@ebay.com . I sent an email to this ID and the reply I got is that my account can not be unsuspended and I may reply to this message but they may not be replying again to me.
Its definitely a shock to me that a company can operate in such a way in a democratic country like India. I want to register a case against EBAY in the consumer court. Could anyone please let me know the process and also please let em know if any legal action can be taken against them through this forum.

Thanks for helping. I feel cheated and I am sure there are many that have been cheated by EBAY. I hope by registering a case against them I can stop this fraud business practice and I will go to any limits to stop this malpratice.
