HI sir/Madam,
i booked Holiday package from BAGITTODAY.My order no is 207646. at the time of booking i was told that i can take holiday anytime of the year but when i asked for holiday on 25th december to 1 Jan. i was told i can not book this. and at the time of booking i was told i can cancel order any time and my money will be refund back. I want my hard earned money back. please help me to get back my money.They are taking people's hard earned money. i am in dire need of it.

Dear Sir,
I had placed 5 orders 1) 58087698569 2) 5800787080 3) 5800787079 4) 5800004580 5) 5800784156 worth Rs. 191000/-.
Out of which I received first 2 orders comprising 1 HCL Tablet, 1 Panasonic LCD TV, 1 Numerouno watch, 1 numerouno sunglasses, 1 Reebok bag and 4 packs of Zia Diamonds (each pack containing 3 diamonds). Tablet, sunglasses and watch were faulty of which complaint has been lodged. Diamonds are of so inferior quality that they cannot be used in any sort of ornaments and does not carry a certificate from Gemological Center of India.
Hence I decided to cancel the rest of the orders but they are reluctant to cancel them, saying that you have confirmed the orders on verification and now they cannot be cancelled, as per our company rule. But I do not want to go ahead with the rest of the orders and want my money back to my credit card account. Regarding cancellation of orders I received a call from Mr. Rajeev Ranjan of your company and assured me of refund of money. Accordingly, I mailed on 12-05-2012 to sales@bagittoday.com as instructed by him. Since then I didn't get any reply from him.
Kindly look into the matter and cancel the rest of the orders and refund back my money.
The orders were booked on 20-05-2012 and 27-05-2012 and till date I didnt receive any of them.
