tradus is making fool by showing higher price and false discount

Recently i cama across an advertisement of online shopping site called tradus.in.They were selling HP Mini 210-1106TU Netbook at a price of Rs 17995 an claiming the original price to be Rs 32116 thereby giving a discount of 44%.
I checked into a local HP showroom and there i came to know that the same notebook cost Rs 16995.So while the tradus people are projecting a discount of 44% they are indeed selling it at a 10% higher price.
they are making fool of people by projecting wrong information,
