I am Sandeep Kamboj from Panchkula (Haryana). Sir I am a registered user of "ebay.in", where i purchased an 'Apple Iphone 3GS' which was not shipped to me. Hence an automatic refund was initiated by ebay.in though the money was not transfered into my PNB account yet. My details are as follows-

Sir the ebay.in customer care service provided me with an ARN NO. ,RRN NO. , Auth id and asked me to contact with my debit card provider Bank with these details. But the Bank refused me to give any tracking information according to these details.
