I had purchased a blackberry 8830 handset thru naaptol in nov'10 vide the ref # 1042169.
The instrument when was used , it was found that the handset did not supported CDMA connections & only GSM can be used .
I wanted to change the handset & had the reliance connection .
The company in the newspaper ad mentioned that the instrument was the world series phone & supported
CDMA connections too.
I lodged a complaint with the call # 09223516148 and they asked me to send the handset back.
I send the set thru bluedart courier # 1289600963 dated 5th jan'11.
Till today there is no status of the refund of Rs 6199/- which i am yet to receive .
The last call i had with their representative avnish on 17th jan'11 vide complaint # 411803 is also not
addressed:@:@

I will be forced to approach the court seeking redressal if the status is not shared.
Today i have been trying the # but there is no response.

Legal action should be taken against the promoters and the authenticity of the products that they sell
should also be checked.
