Complaint against Indiaplaza.in. I had placed an Order for Harry Potter Book Set + Twilight

Saga from their site on 16th December 2010, order no. IN1612100238 for Rs.3199. The order

was to be despatched on 28th December 2010 as per their site. However, the order is still in

"Being Processed" Status. The payment of Rs.3199 was made using my Citibank Credit Card and

Citibank Reward Points. My Citibank Account has already been debited of both the points as

well as the remaining amount has been charged to my credit card as well. Their customer care

number is always busy and I have already logged 2 web tickets on their site

(CNT120430247120158 and CNT153846653120537) which have gone beyond their due date for

response and no one has addressed my query. I have confirmation of receipts of these tickets

on my cellphone, I have also taken screenshots of necessary screens pertaining to my order

from their site and am attaching them as well. I can also produce details from my credit

card regarding the payment made. This was supposed to be a new year gift for someone in my

family. Today, I tried calling them on the customer care number mentioned on the site 080 -

25208795. It kept on saying all our agents are busy, I waited for a while, it finally rang,

someone answered and immediately hung up on me. I tried again and waited for over 15 minutes

(mind you it was an STD call for me) but the IVR kept on saying that all their agents are

busy and asked me to send an SMS for call back at their number 9008866666, I did that to no

avail. This kind of treatment is really disgusting, I have lost my reward points (about 3000

of them it takes a spending of Rs. 100 to earn 1 point) and additional money as well. Hope

there is a redressal.
