Sir I have purchase a mobile model p790 through online shopping from ebay with paisa pay ID 27793243708..According to description on ebay of this product, it contains 1 year on site replacement warranty. But the seller sent me p790+ instead of p790and also he didn't provide me the invoice of it, as I asked for the same he told me that he will send it to me soon but I can't get it till now. I have got lot of problem in the set p790+ from the beginning and I keep contact regarding this to seller and ebay as well. After some time seller have told me that use the phone if it will show some major problem then he will replace it.But when I send the item to him he refuse to replace it. The product he send to me is having low cost (INR 5000 only), and I have paid INR 9490 to him for p790 model.and also I had spent rs225 for sending it back to the seller didn't take responsibility of it. I have all records of mail regarding this conversation.

Please give me the direction what I will have to do now.As I want file case on the seller in consumer court.
