Dear Team,

I have recharge my vodafone mobile number 9999803219 through Vodafone official website easy recharge option of 555 Rs through net banking. I have not recived the talk value for the same,many time i have approached customer care department through phone and after a long time they suggested to go and registered the complaint in the nearest vodafone store. I have approached the executive there and have made him aware about the incident then received the answer that i have to submit the proofs of the transaction to them, after a day have submitted the bank account statement mentioning the transcation to them and received a response that amount will get credited on my number within 24 hrs but that was a false statement ,even after 48 hrs nothing as such happened. I have started communicating to the executives through email since 30 Dec 2011 for complaint resolution but till date have not received and satisfactory answer by them on first instance they have tried to fool me stating that some promotional offer was there and i have not qualified for same on my statement that i have simply recharged my number with 555 Rs on 24 Nov 2010 and have not opted for any promotional offer the statement got change stating we have not received any details about the recharge and after continous follow up "i was astonished today to hear that they have credited the talk value of 503.17 on very same date of recharge on my number this is a false statement. I have gone through lot's of financial damages during these days and have got mentally harrased by providing them statements of my account sevral time. plz provide me justice in my case.
