I had an account in ebay for the last 4-5 months but was not buying anything . Recently they sent me a lot of discount coupons so I bought a few items and duly paid for them .

Yesterday they blocked my account without giving me a notice or even bothering to tell me why !

I called up their customer care and they asked me to send an email to inrswebhelp@ebay.com which I did immediately.

Today I got a vague reply from them stating I have violated some policies???????????

This is the email they sent me

I have reviewed your account and determined that this suspension was
issued under Section 9 of the eBay Singapore/Malaysia/Philippines User
Agreement, entitled Breach. This section states that eBay may
immediately warn, temporarily suspend, indefinitely suspend, or
terminate your membership if we believe that your actions may cause
financial loss or legal liability to you, our users, or us. You can

Now what do I make out of this email ? Singapore?? Malaysia???How is a buyer in INDIA supposed to understand this ?? What policy is this guy talking about?? I was just a buyer...I was not doing any business with ebay...so where is this breaching policy stuff coming from ? I paid for all the items ! Does he even know what is he talking about ? Is he aware of the RIGHT TO INFORMATION ACT ? I have valid ID...valid ph number , valid bank account and a valid address as well

ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHY HAVE I BEEN SUSPENDED AND THAT TOO IN SIMPLE LANGUAGE

I THINK I HAVE EVERY RIGHT TO KNOW AND IF THEY DONT TELL ME I WILL TAKE HELP OF THE RTI ACT
