Hi,

I bought a Voucher of Rs. 10,000 from 'Deals and You' website, for stay in Country Inn resorts.

However, due to mis-communication at their end, they did not provide me with any bookings in the hotel.

Now it has been approximately three months that my money is with them and they promised that they will pay back this amount to me. However, after so many reminders as well I have not received any update from their side.

Please do the needful.
