    i have odered a watch fron bag it today on 25 nov 2010.my order details are as folows
    Billing Id: 1000592379
    Date: 2010-11-25 11:36:54.0
    Mode of payment: Credit Card/Debit Card
    Total transaction amount: 299.0.
    as requested by the site that it may take 3-4 weeks for processing of your order from the date of confirmation.
    i have not even recieved the refund or any mail from the site.kindly resolve this matter.and the company must pay me rs5000 as compensation.

    Please close the shop if you are unable to process the order in time,
    After so much time given, even till now you did not made any progress??

    I don't want to cancel my order at any cost as I have waited waited from so long. I need product IMMEDIATELY without any further delay.
    I need explanation on this.

    If you do not process this immediately, I want put this complaint in Consumer Court.

    Till today I did not receive any shipment details, whenever I communicate, then only they are responding, otherwise simly ignored. every time they are telling some stories.
