on Feb 14 2008, haven't received it yet, and now they are not even responding to my emails.
What can be done about it?

Today the 90% are fraud, how can a comman man can trust if such a reputed company do like this, I also faced the problems due to such type of people, this is the main reason in India people scare to shop online, I also request google to stop giving results, so that atleast some of our friend will remain safe from such fraud company.
