I'm Deepu from Bangalore. I have ordered a jewellery item worth Rs.1990 from AVA merchandising on June 27, 2010, as provided in an offer along with ICICI card. They deducted an amount of 2090 including processing charges. I didn't receive it till Aug and after multiple followups finally cancelled the item by Aug 17th, 2010. The duration of refunding was said as 30 days, 45 days, then extended to 60 days and then to 90 days. Now After 4months also I didn't receive the cancellation amount. Now a days no one is picking the phone for AVA. My order ID is 649690. I've the credit card statement of my bill, some emails of my correspondence, Some recording of the telephone conversation that I had with AVA sales people. Kindly advice me how to file a complaint and what is the procedure.
