I have purchased from Inday Today Book Club Reebok health kit which include shoes,shots,t-shirts etc.. on april15,2009 and my order no is 0GA090034637.For this I have paid Rs. 2998 and when they did not deliver after almost 3 Weeks (21 Days) i called them but they said that "We are recording this complaint but they did nothing". After a month when i called them again they didnt take any action instead of that they said that it was despached on 28th of april and you'll be receiving that by friday(23 May'09). Now when i am calling them they are not responding i have made the payment its been more than a month. Now they are not refunding my money.Since morning i am calling them countinuously.
I will Be very thankful to you if you take an immediate action on this to help.
