Dear Sir / Madam,

I have booked the ticket thorough one of the booking site Yatra.com from
Ahmedabad to New Delhi on 4th Jan'09.
As per their policy, shown on the web portal, it was flat 10% cash back
on the fair if I book the ticket from "MasterCards".
I considered the same and book the ticket from "ICICI MasterCard" but they
have deducted the whole money as per fair (Without giving rebate of 10% cash
back).
Once I spoke to the Customer Care Executive and the concern Manager , they
all are coming up unstifactory answers and giving all those illogical logic
which are not mentioned on Yatra.com Web Portal and is of no use for
the Customer. And finally they kept the phone by saying that they cant do
anything.

*This is directly cheating with the customer showing something else and
processing some thing else. *

I request you to take some action againt these so that we can escape from
these kind of frauds and save our hard earn money.
