had purchased a jewelary set from ebay.co.in and paid for it through paisapay. I received the item also, but it is not as per specification. I immediately raised a claim for refund. As per ebay guarentee I should get refund or replacement within 20 days.

Nothing happened as per website declaration. In between I had live chat 4 time with ebay. Everytime replied that your case is escalated and will be settled soon. On the last chat, I came to know that the money has already been debited to seller's account. My question was "How this can happen?" Chat line dinconnected. Almost a month passed by this time.

After sometime I received a phonecall from ebay that my case can not be taken up with seller and hence claim closed. I replied that once money paid to seller, it is a plea to reject the claim. Nothing of this type claim handling is mentioned in the website. Line dropped.

I feel incompetent careless people have messed up the things or it may be deliberate corrupt action at ebay in conjuration with dishonest businessman.

I was taken for a ride and cheated. How can you help me?
