    Angry Homeshop18-refund issue

    Hi,
    NEED YOUR HELP....
    1) I have ordered wespro mobile thorugh online service of homeshop18.com on 3rd march09 by kotak online payment. Rs 4999/- deducted from my account on the same day.
    2) I have been told it will be delivered with in 10 working days. On 18th march09(after11 working days) I have cancelled my order because it was not in stock.
    3) On 26th April09(After 39 DAYS) when I have checked through customer care , they told that they have post the same on 13th april09 but I have not recvd the same . They have taken my request to reisssue the cheque again within 7 workign days.
    4) On 2nd May 2009(After45 days) , again they have told that they will reissue cheque shortly.feedback no. 1446934
    5) On 12th may09 (after 57days) -- they have still not reissue my refund cheque. There seniors are also busy..
    6) On 18th May09(After 63 days) they revert on my mail dated 16th may 09 (mail below ) that still they have not dispatch my cheque.



    I AM VERY MUCH DISSAPOINT WITH THEM AND NOT ABLE TO WITHDRAWL MY MONEY STILL AFTER 2 MONTHS. KINDLY HELP ME TO GET MY MONEY BACK.

    Default INALSA food process

    Dear Sir,

    I've placed an order for INALSA food processor on 2nd April 2009 with
    Home Shop 18. But till now they haven't delivered to me and neither
    they are intimating when they are going to deliver or refund my money.
    Every time I call up their call center they gives an assurance that
    the problem will be solved in 48 hours since last 15 days but they are
    not proving any solution. They already deducted the money from my
    credit card.

    Please let me know what should I do to get back my money or get the product.

    i purchase a Delta Dual SIM Mobile Phone with Smart Navigation Key - Q20 dated 27 feb 2010 by HOMESHOP18.COM
    MY ORDER NUMBER 702964847 ,
    I M NOT RECIEVE MY ITEM,
    WHEN I CONTECT ON HOMESHOP CUSTMER CARE THEY TOLD ME YOUR ITEM RECIEVED BY CHOTTU .
    I M SHOCKED WHEN THEY TOLD ME YOUR ITEM SEND BY FIRST FLIGHT COURIER (( Shipped on Mar 15, 2010 ). ( ZD5731665 ) , AND CHOTTU RECIEVED YOUR ITEM 19 MARCH 2010, BUT I DONT KNOW WHO IS CHOTTU,
    WHEN I GO TO COURIER OFFICE IN MY CITY THEY TOLD UR ITEM RECIEVED BY CHOTTU, WHO IS CHOTU?, HOW CAN COURIER SERVICE GIVE HIM MY ITEM WITHOUT ANY PROFF OF ID,
    I DNOT KNOW WHO IS WRONG, BUT I FILL COMPLAINT SAME DAY ON HOMESHOP CUSTOMER CARE,
    TODAY AFTER 1.5 MONTHS HOME SHOP TOLD UR CASE ON INVESTIGATION,

    Default Complaint against homeshop 18

    Dear Sir/Madam,
    I have purchased a Dell Mobile from Homeshop 18 on 30/03/2011. The product is not satisfactory at all. Within 10 days of usage it has started getting restarted, battery back up is pathetic & the Camera quality is terrible. As per the Website as well as TV Channel they have a Money Back Policy wherein if the customer is not satisfied with the product they may get refund of the full money within 15 days of the purchase. I had registered my complaint with their customer care on 8/04/2011 but there is no positive response from their side. I have called them 4 times & every time they have told me a different procedure to follow. The very first day when I had lodged my complaint I told the executive clearly that I want my money back & not replacement of the product but today on 13/04/2011 I have received a call from their end to tell me the procedure to get the product replaced.
    Now the Homeshop 18 people are asking me to send the mobile at their address but I am getting no confirmation regarding the refund of my money. So I am also hesitant to send the product. What if I send the product back to them & don't even get my money.
    Kindly guide me as to what steps can I take in this matter.
