i bought a cell phone samsung omnia HD from this company. i paid 240$ on 1st may2009 and then this sales manager Kelvin James told me to pay 70$ more for customs i told him before tht i wont pay any more aft 240$ but he told me itz customs charges etc .. he should tell me before tht i will have to pay 70$ more then i wont be buying it.. then he told me tht he wont return me money so i paid it.. they accept only western union transfer so it charged me 50$ fees of transfer..
now i have paid him 240+70$.. n fees 50$..
now they telling me that there packing department made an mistake and sended me 5 cellphones instead of one .. so they telling me to pay more.. i told them tht itz not ma mistake..why should i pay, they should take out money from packing department why should i suffer loss..
then also they are telling me to pay..
already they took 70$ after making deal.. before they didnt said me any thing and now they saying that they wont deliver me cell phone nor give me money back..
plz help me out i have taken out 240+70+50$ =360$..
itz too much for me.
itz been 15 days i m telling them to deliver ma cell phone..
now they dont pick ma call nor come online..
