I ordered an 8gb sandisk cruzer blade pendrive from TRADUS.in . Instead of sending the 8gb pendrive, they shipped 4 gb pendrive of lesser capacity and cost.I mailed them twice but got no refunds/replacement till now.Its been a month since i ordered the product. The mail which i got from CRM, tradus.in claimed to update me regarding the issue in 3 days, which they never did.I request this forum to please help me in this regard.

I ordered a 16 gb HPv270w pen drive from tradus.in .. with item id 2138963. order id 2632647.
it was ordered on 15th may. it was send through ARAMEX courier. with shipment number 6286591791.
I recieved a mail that my article was delivered. but I HAVE NOT RECIEVED the article yet. No useful responses are being obtained from the customer care from ARAMEX. god knws how many times we have called them. Even we sent so many mails to tradus.in but we havent recieved anything.
