    Hello,

    I got a call from Bag It Today mentioning that I was in their selected list of few to get a gift if I ordered a LCD TV (Samsung 32"). I therefore placed the order using my credit card. 2 transactions were made: one for Rs 32,900 and other for Rs. 1,798 towards shipping and handling. I was told by their staff that I will get details of booking ID / order number via my registered email and SMS on my cell phone.

    However, a month has passed and I have neither received any details of the order nor the shipment. When contacted, the customer care responded saying that they are unable to trace my order. Inspite of giving all details of the 2 transactions, they refused to acknowledge that the order was placed. I have frantically written to their contact email ID (contact@bagittoday.com) and also have called their customer care number several times in vain.

    I have my credit card statement clearly stating the transactions and the merchant name as "Living Media India Ltd., DELHI, IN" (which is the company name under which Bag It Today operates).

    Kindly assist me as to how to deal with the situation

    Angry Unauthorised Transaction from my Credit Card for Living Media India

    Hi All,

    I have recieved an email from Citibank about the unauthorised transaction from my Credit Card 4386XXXXXXXX4009 on 29-DEC-10 at Living Media India L.

    When I called the customer services soon after receiving this email & msg for this transaction, it was informed to me by the CCE (Deepak Bhatt & Vikas Gupta) that the attempt was made 5 times which I was not aware.

    I have already blocked my card (Reference Number - 5010) & not willing to have any more relationship with citibank ever.

    Rs 32900 - 7.30 PM (Approved)
    Rs 32900 - 7.32 PM (Approved)
    Rs 32900 - 7.35 PM (Declined due to limit exhaust)
    Rs 32900 - 7.35 PM (Declined due to limit exhaust)
    Rs 17699 - 7.55 PM (Declined due to card block)

    I am disputing all these unauthorised transactions.

    Please look into this matter.

    Bagittoday is biggest fraud. they did same thing with me. i tried to contact bagittoday but they are not responding properly at mail and even when i called to customer care they used to say there system is down i need to wait for 3 days or i will get my order after 7 days, its more than 1 month after order. can some tell me what i can do with them.

    I have paid Rs.499 on 20.11.2010 and they seem to have sent the consignment on 27.12.2010 with inproper address so that the cnsiment goes back to them. they received it back on 05.01.2011 I have been following with them continously for more than 50 times but in vain. They do not wish to solve the issue - I do not know who will control such frudulant activites in the open world

    Hello,

    I was going through bag it today fraud comments. After my study i have realised that have made a big mistake in placing order to bag it today. Really they all are big fraud company.

    I have ordered for 2 watches. It has been more than 20 days & still i didnt received my order.

    Can someone please help me what should i do?? I was trying customer care but they all are disconnecting my call.

    Dear All....



    I have placed my order more than three months back.. I have made the payment by credit card and i have paid the same to the card as well. Since then i am waiting for my product.. The records says it has been dispatched to me but the same has never came.. The courier results says that the package is returned to the shipper and not delivered to the customer for not paying.. I do not know what payment are they referring about as i have already paid. I have made un limited phone calls to the customer care but the same line every one repeats " THE PRODUCT IS NOT UPDATED AND YOU NEED TO WAIT, WE WILL RE-DISPATCH IN 15 DAYS "...this was three months have passed.. I am being very serious request you to take an immediate action on the same and stop playing non-sense.. I feel i am cheated and if needed i am definitely going to take legal action as well. i do not care for money but i do not entertain cheating and will take necessary action at the cost of anything.. I wait immediate response from BAG IT TODAY..

    Post Fraud in UNesco Book sale

    I had ordered the UNESCO Book on world Heitage Sites vide order noRMP7611.
    Achecque of Rs 2998 no 873263 dated 21/2/11.drawn on SBI Rail Bhavan.
    Tilldate neither the Book nor The Gifts have been Delivered.
    On checking the toll free no I was told fifteen days ago that the data is being entered and the book should reach next week.Today on checking again it is informed by one Susheel that the check entry has not been smadeand I sd chk frm bank.He refused to put me through his senior nor gave me customer relation manager's phone.
    It is a clear case of hanky panky by the comany.In todays time of RTI why is there a bar on divulging Customer Relation phone.There is need to immidiately control such fraudsters.
