i have ordered for a reebok watch about two months back they promised to deliver to my address. After making a call to the number i provided they confirmed the address and promised that it will be delivered to me with in 10 working days but its been 3 months, i am still waiting for the product. when contacted to customer support (Mr. Abhisek Misra) they say that the product has already been delivered kindly check the post office. I wondered that when i have given the address of my home then y the hell did they send the product to the post office. and if they did the same then y it was not informed to me. Also after dispatching the product they dont have the common sense to inform the customer about that so that they can follow up. It was my good luck that i did not pay them in advance other wise i would have lost that amount...guys dont believe BAG IT TODAY. its a BIG FRAUD

The order (ID: 1003069091) was placed on 25-02-2011 after a sale agent talked to me over phone and sent me the mailer (copy attached). The offer was for Blackberry Storm 9520 that is suitable for GSM network. What was actually sent was Blackberry Storm 9530 that is meant for CDMA network and was useless for me. I could learn about the mix up only after opening the packing. This was immediately reported by Email.

And as instructed in their Email dated April 3, the Blackberry Storm 9530 was returned on April 4. But to my surprise the same product was returned later and when contacted their staff insisted that it was as per offer. When I mentioned about your offer mail, they wanted me to forward the same and I did so. After that they arranged reverse pick up and when contacted on phone I was told to send both products if I wanted a refund.

Accordingly the following products were returned on June 2 along with a detailed letter requesting refund with copies of the invoice dated 21-03-2011 and 25-04-2011 as well as a copy of my letter dated April 4, 2011.
1. Blackberry 9530 – Quantity 1
2. JM D PACK (WEIGHT 0.10 CARAT) – Quantity 10

Again I received another old Blackberry Storm 9530 (and not 9520) instead of the refund and there was no mention of the diamonds pack. When contacted again they requested by Email dated July 10, 2011, that I should return the Blackberry 9530 along with copies of all invoices to Mr. Randhir Thakur. This I did on 15-07-2011. Till date no refund. Postal Department has confirmed in writing that the article was delivered on 20-07-2011. When I try contacting complaints at 01204112424 the line is deliberately cut after I start explaining my complaint.

What Should I do? From the number of complaints it appears to be an organized mechanism to defraud unwary customers.

I wish to inform you that I have purchased many items such as watches, cameras, music system, play game, pens etc. from India Today Book Club. I am one of the major purchaser. Purchased goods worth Rs.5.5 lacs. Their executives gave us a promise i.e. 120% I will be getting the prize of Rs. 8 lacs. I have purchased the above items through credit card. I was not in a position to repay the money. Hence I borrowed money from the relatives and paid to the concerned credit card company.

They were just postponing giving the prize money again and again asked me to purchase more goods saying that other members purchased more items than me and I will have to purchase more so that I will get the prize money. I was quiet disappointed and gave up. At the end of it I understood they are doing the fraudulent nature of business. 4 days back one Mr. Sachin Updhyaya called up from a pone No.+918860696808 from D.D. Department from India Today called up and said that he will be sending an amount of Rs.6.56 lacs. . Grabitmore.com also contacted many times. Initially I refused to pay them anything. At last I paid them Rs.60,000/- . They paid the money within 15 days and sent me two mobile phone. I thaught they are genuine company and paid them intermittently Rs.1.75 lacs. They said my case against India Today Book Club moving fast and will get an amount of Rs.6.50 lacs. They promised to return the money of Rs.1.75 lacs paid to them by July 24, 2001 with interest to be paid to the credit card. Now the credit card company is pressuring me to pay the above amount with interest. I am a senior citizen and not getting any monthly income and staying with my daughter. The Grabitmore telephone No. is 09953197822. In the month of March I could talk to them, but now they have temporarily disconnected the phone. I was in touch with one Mr. Sobit Thomar and Mr. Sanjay Mallik. Mr Sachin Upadhyay had mentioned that some of his members have joined Grabitmore.com and cheated many people. I think he must me knowing the contact address of Grabitmore.com.

Day before yesterday one Mr. Rajesh Sharma called me up from India Today Book Club that he is sending me a demand draft of Rs.4.50 lacs, deducting an amount of Rs.1,45,200/- and also asked me send an amount of Rs.15,988/- for some tax purpose. He called me from ITBC Acounts Dept. Phone No.+911164774329. I did not believe it. I have already registered a police complaint with Dombivli (West)Police station, Thane District. They are yet to take any action aginst my case.

I humbly requesting you to take necessary action on the above fraudulent companies since they have cheated many people.

Looking forward to your earlier action in this regard.

I booked my holiday through book my holiday - bag it today , affordable sales promotion pvt ltd. Noida. My order no. was 53437 dt 10.12.10
I sent my booking on 5th Nov 2011 through courier. They found that ASPPL shifted their office to some unknown place. On third visit courier dropped the letter on 11th Nov 2011.

Now they are not booking my holidays with reason that my voucher delayed by one day. It should have reached latest by 10th Nov 2011 to their office. A draft of Rs 750 was also attached as required for booking.

Neither they are refunding Rs 7000 + Rs 750 booking money nor booking holidays.

It is big fraud. They are snaching hard earned money of people. Also not lifting phone and every time new person speak on customer care and ask whole story everytime but doing nothing. They confirmed through mail that booking has been done but not giving any details of booking.

This is with regards to Order # 528598 placed by me online for Reebok Shoes at BagItToday. The add only shows White shoes and mention nothing about the color options. I ordered the same(White) shoes which I saw in the add but when I received my order, I was shocked to see BLACK shoes.


After received the shoes I immediately called to the BagItToday customer service at 0120- 4112424, and the executive spoke very rudely and told me that "we do not take any guarantee of color and if i want to return it send it back". The question is who will bear the courier charges, can they make customer liable to pay for courier and take all this extra pain for no fault of customer. I have seen the advertisement again to check if I missed something but I see that the add does not mention about color.

If you were at my place and had placed the order from the above link, will you expect to receive BLACK shoes when order was for WHITE shoes. Please let me know what shall I do to return the order. I do not want any products from BagItToday as my experience is miserable and I cannot trust they will send me good products in future.

I have placed an order with Bag It It Today on 03rd Feb'2012 for an item worth Rs. 1098/- (alongwith delivery charges). I have made the successful online payment throuth net banking which was being debited to my bank account. After this, I recevied email confirmation from Bag It Today stating order no. 1014873395, and wherein it was also mentioned that "kindly give us 2-7 days fro processing your order. You will receive an email and a sms with your dispatch details soon."

But to my surprise, till date I haven't received any information about the dispatch details from bag it today through email / sms. Meantime two times I have contacted over phone to the customer service executives to trace the status of my order. Today when I contacted service executive (Ms. Bhavana) to track the order, I was being informed that order was being dispatached on 07th Feb'2012 from Delhi, but she was not able to provide the current status of the dispatch. Only she could provide me with courire details - Courier Name - QUANTIUM / AWB No. BP0010876. She requrested me to contact the QUANTIUM's mumbai office to track the status of delivery and she provided me telephone no. 26832721 (Andheri - West) and she has assured me about the delivery of my order sooner.

After this I tried to call the said telephone no. 26832721, but no body answered the phone. Meantime I checked the ownership of this telephone no. on mtnl's site and learnt that this telephone is not in the name of QUANTIUM - Rather this phone was in the name of

I received an e-mail that the ordered product will be delivered within 2-7 days and that I will shortly be informed about the despatch details of the product, but till date I have not received any information/status of the ordered product. Regarding I have purchased a spice Mobile qt44 order no -1014241711 ,but under 1 month there is problem began on new handset i shown to service center of spice they asked me to send it spice company for 1 month,i talked to bagittoday, after conformation from their side i sent this cell to bagittoday,but their ware house, they not accept it , their they refused to except it ,when i called their customer care they told DTDC not provide open delivery so we can not accept it, i called dtdc and asked then they said we only know that they refused to accept, i ask bagittoday customer care and mail them may times to response@bagittoday.com,but they said again sent it through any other courier,i asked then who will pay for that all cost of both courier they said they can only refund 100 rs. while my first courier of 135 rs. if i again sent then who will wear charges

their one thing important that i asked bagittoday just before of courier that which courier i use to send parcel they said that you can sent via any courier and we will refund up to 150 rs. and after sending and their refuse they changed their language.

i told their seniors that i will register a case against you then they answer for what you awill case i said then refund courier money they said no and disconnect my call.
please sir help me and tell how to register a case against them for their fraud.i make approx 200 rs call but still no solution no responce on mail also after their first mail,

now this 1098 rs cell cost me 1300 rs and also a defective cell.
