I bought a h2o mop steamer x5 from online shopping company called TvTeleshoping after seeing it on google search. there were other companies too. but this TvTeleshopping had the most competitive pricing. and i thought i was smart by purchasing a product for cheap. But little did i realize that actually the product i bought was of cheap quality. i got ripped off 7000 rupees in the quest to save 2000 rupees!! i cant believe this.

My friend happened to see a H2O MOP X5 advertisement on a TV Channel and they ordered it too, but from some other company- which ia actually the official company selling the h2o mop x5. (my friend and her husband did their background check very well before buying it for 8990 rupees.)

we compared the same products which we both bought from different companies. the one i bought just doesnt function as it should be. I did not get a manual, i got some broken pieces, there is no mention of any company address or phone numbers where i can address my complains ,,, just nothing at all .

Also i did not receive any proper bill. i got a piece of paper with with wrong contact details. i dont know where to contact this company.

i feel so cheated, my hard earned money is lost here. i am so disappointed.

All you people please don't buy anything from TvTeleshopping .

they are a fraud company and they sell fake products. they only dupe and cheat customers and provide wrong contact details to wash their hands away from their responsibilities towards the customers.

I will never ever buy anything from TvTeleshopping.
