I have ordered a DVD from ngpay on 21/7/2010 and my order id is 146210820 but till date I have not received the item. I have made several grievances by phone and email. The complain nos. are 452363, 489620, 504313. etc but every time they respond saying that they will look through the matter but after a lapse of nearly 4 months my order is not delivered.
