Fashion & You online shopping website I ordered few items from Fashion & You online shopping website.
Firstly Fashion & U could not deliver to me on my given address. Then I gave another postal address.Its been 2.5 months and I have still not received my items.They dont even pick my call.
I am soon going to legally complain to one of my uncle who is a lawyer in consumer court department.
I would like my stuff to be delivered this week only or else Fashion and U has to suffer.

Fashion and You Fraud Hi,
I have also booked an order from fashion and you.I haven't received any order Number and when i called them they said your transaction has been cancelled but i haven't received any money back even after submitting Bank statement.

Lost package and no help given I ordered 2 products from Fashion and you by order #1021706 on 11/01/2011. Part of the order was dispatched on 11/02/2011. I did not receive it by the 4th of november , so i called up fashion and you was provided with a ref #170363 and was asked to call back in a gew days so that they can chek with their in house courier compnay regarding the order.I called them again on the 15th of november and was told that they still do not have any information( second ref# provided to me at thi stage was 868501).third time i called them on the 18th of november and again provided with a ref # and a promise that the POD is on it's way(ref#880889).The guy again asked for time of 3 days. I called again on the 26th (ref#913020) and finally gettine no headway asked fo a supervisor...and after holding for about 15 minutes got a supervisor and another ref#(913059)she promised me the POD that very day.Finally i got the POD on the 26th which does show that somebody signed for it but not me. it took them 24 days to gegt a POD and the supervisor dEEPIKA TO MY SURPRISE TOLD ME THAT IT WILL BE HANDLES ON PRIORITY, which means despite me calling them up so many times nobody though it's a priority. The pod that was sent to me also shows that most customers opt for Cash on delivery while shopping with them.This also shows how shady the business is otherwise people would have pre paid...and today i got 2 more reference numbers(916185 and 920664)

I'm totally not happy with Fashion and YThey would They would not respond to any return requesting mails. Big cheat.. Would not recommend. And do to buy unless you are sure..

Product Packing was tampered, mutilated, old My Order No. 1253425, Complain No. 1057831. I ordered for a CH 212 Sexy EDP (W). The product recieved was tampered, packing mutilated, and old. When I called them, they said couple of sorry's as they have been trained for this act. This was my first experience and it was horrible. Won't recommend anyone to go for it. Fashion and You stinks and seems that the website would be soon shut

fashionandyou.com FRAUD fashionandyou are real frauds. FIRSTLY they have no answer to what i asked as to why are th dials of my lafuma chronograph not working?were they false or defective? they ve asked me 2 return th item and they ll refund th money.
these guys have again come up with sale for lafuma watches??/amazing???shochking??i requesta ll members to kindly avoid buying from this site.

Cheated by FNY Part shipment of my order#1261018 has been done on 31st Dec 2011 as per FNY and I did not receive any till today. I sent at least 10 mails till now and called their CS a few times and every time I get a reply asking me to wait for another 3 days and then nothing happens. They do not respond to my refund requests. I realize that I have been taken for a ride by this FRAUD online shop. This is a warning to all the online shoppers not to fall for their promises and sweet deals.

My Credits are still not returned!!! Hi,

I am currently a very disappointed customer and wanted to get the resolution of my issue as soon as possible since it’s the 4th time I have contacted fashion and you customer care however haven’t received any response from you guys.
You can check with the order number – 1209067 how many complaints might have been registered however my problem hasn’t been fixed up.
Am going to write the problem for the last time here before moving to the consumer court and putting my complaint on all the forums that I know,
This is how it goes, I had 1000 redeemable credits which was valid until 18th Jan , morning 5 AM. I did a purchase on 17th December 2011 amounting to 2250 so that I could redeem my credits. I used my available credits and went to pay for the items. However, once the payment was done, unfortunately I was shown the page cannot be displayed page during the payment process.
When I went back to do a fresh purchase, to my surprise I saw that my credits were not showing as before. Hence I called up on 18th December 2011 and spoke to one of your employee, and was assured that the credits would be back in my account within 72 hours.
I was very happy with the way the assistance was provided and waited for the next 72 hours. However, to my surprise, I didn’t see my credits being given back to me.
Hence I called up the customer care again on 24th December and I was given apologies and again given the same kind of time span to wait for 72 hours for the credits to reflect back in my account.
I called up again in the first week of January 2012 and it was the same thing promised to me .
This is absolutely pathetic. I cannot wait an entire month to get something which was taken away from me for no fault of mine.
Am thinking not going to be a customer with your company anymore and will make sure that i preach through all forums possible about what kind of business your company does. My next letter will be to consumer court now. I am so disappointed. No one should buy from fashion and you ever.
I still expect a quick resolution from your side as soon as possible so that things are back to normal!!!!! You can call me on 9561911155!!

Incorrect trade practices by fashion and you I ordered a pair of boots (order no 124451) as a gift for my sister in law in another city. The gift got delivered but was opened on her birthday which was about 15-20 days from the date the item got delivered. Once opened we came to know that the wrong size has been delivered by fashion and you.
We want them to exchange it for the right size but they are refusing to do so quoting the rule that incorrect delivery info needs to be informed to them within 3 days of delivery. Have called and explained that this was a birthday gift and we came to know about the incorrect size only once the gift was given.
But they are refusing to exchange the item for the right size. First of all wrong item gets delivered – and the special bday gift has no meaning. On top of that they are now not even exchanging for the right size.
Fashion and you has invented its own rules and seems to be following incorrect trade practices..Last edited by pmittal; 02-22-2012 at 05:05 PM.
