I am Rajan Jethva. I have ordered Airtel digital TV online. But I did not get it installed yet. I have ordered on 7th of October and called the customer care 50 times. But I didn't get any kind of response. I am very frustrated from their customer care services as well as your installation department.

I have called to Airtel Digital TV customer care more then 45 times. You can check my records using this customer ID. Still I didn't get any response from your customer care executives. Every time I call, I am getting different information. I have also mail to their email id 2 days back. But i get only computer generated message. I think they have looted me. They have encroached my money And Now I am going to file a case against Airtel Digital TV in Consumer Court.


Please get back to me and help me. I am very frustrated now.
