I had placed the order no 392260 on 29th of jan thrugh the website "stores.indiatimes.com" but till now that is on 18th of april 05 i had not received the product from them neither i had received any information from them regarding this order till 1. The product which i had ordered was a giftset of comic book for a dear one to me whose Birth Day was falling in the month of Februray that is on 17th of February so due to which though I have not encountered any monetry losses I want to claim the damages. Kindly help me to lodge complaint against them.

This is my request to all of the consumer curt members to donot buy any product from them.
