Hello Sir:
I have ordered Reebock shoes and Bentton Watch through India Today Book club by paying 1699 on February 24th by paying through credit card. My order no is as follows M-COMMERCE/0GA090009868. As per them the ordered goods will be delivered within 30 days. Till date, I have not recieved the parcel. I have been in touch with their customer service at least by 10 teams and everytime they will give me a standard answer of this is on the process will be delivered in two to three days. I am so frustrated by their answers, each time they will make sure I will be on hold for 20 minutes so that next time I should not call them.

In past i had ordered couple of items from Bagitoday and was very satisfied with their service. But last week they literally looted us. We got a call that we have been chosen among top 5 customers and we will getting minimum 1.5 lacs cash/(diamonds + other ) gift and first price as 25 lacs. Mr Nikhil and Diksha Rai(don't know if these are their real name also) called us and made us book one hefty order worth 40598/- and they verbally guaranteed that at least 1.5 lacs for this 40k investment. And then next day they again called if they have decided to extend offer to make it for top4 contestant and i will getting minimum 5 lacs cash or mix of diamonds and other gifts. And for this they made us pay another 40k. And they told us on 4-5April we have to Travel to Delhi
to attend Anniverssary function and then again on 11th April to participate in draw function. Even Air travel will be taken care of. Floored over their offer and sweet talks we decided to pay another 40k to them. They promised confirmation mails within 1 hour with all details of price and terms and condition explaining about top 4 and min being 5 lacs etc etc.. but obviously nothing came. They gave a number 09911374625 of Amit Bidhooni. They said he is their senior Supervisor.

I did not recieve any mail other than payment confirmation. And then i called Amit yesterday, i flt as if he was some guy on the street talking crap.. he was like.. haan haan .. our call centre guys will get back to you.. he did not even bother to ask my number.. or irder number... i understood and called again.. but thereafter his phone is switched off.
Today 1st April, i called again and spoke to someone from Customer care and they have no idea on these orders and know nothing about draw or price. This is so frustating, if you can't trust name of Today Group then what can you. I mean we read times newspaper. read India Today and watch TimesToday new channel.. and these people need to play such cons to make money out of us. Such a shame. We are trullu disvastated with this and want not only full refund but also criminal case against those who are makign such fake complains. I wonder how to come TimeGroup is just watching these people spoil reputation built for years.
Please address this.
