I bought a 32gb pendrive from a seller through Ebay. But i'm not able to
use it properly.

* Doesn't have a good speed
* I'm not able to transfer any file to it.
* if i copy a file to pendrive and then if i unplug and plug
it....there will not be any contents.

I'm not able to call him because his mobile phone is always switched off. He is not responding to my mails.
So I need to register a complaint against him for cheating me.
