Non- delivery of Food Processor Dear Sir,
I've placed an order for INALSA food processor on 2nd April 2009 with Home Shop 18. But till now they haven't delivered to me and neither they are intimating when they are going to deliver or refund my money. Every time I call up their call center they gives an assurance that the problem will be solved in 48 hours since last 15 days but they are not proving any solution. They already deducted the money from my credit card.
Please let me know what should I do to get back my money or get the product.
