Following the online purchase of a fully automatic Godrej wshing machine(GWF 550A) from Home Shop 18 worth Rs.8999/-, the free gift item of a Bombay Dyeing bedsheet has not still been delivered after the purchase on 24 sep 2010, and despite my repeated telephonic complaints to its call centre, no action appears to have been taken by the concerned personnell of Home Shop 18. It seems that Home Shop 18 is not responsible enough to even properly deliver the purchased item to the consumers and the benefit which should have reached the consumer is being taken up by them only.
