I have ordered a Samsung corby TXT handset from the mobile store website on 24th september and has successfully made the payment through my credit card, the order no is 110151612.
Though the delivery time is mentioned as 3 working days i have not recieved the handset till date.
and i have no proper response from the mobile store regarding this whenever i called the allocated vendor or tier customer care, a person from mobile stores always responds either by saying "it will get delivered today by evening" or "I will check the reason for delay and get back in 10 mins" but then the number is not reachable untill the next day,
I have no clue what to do next.
