With my axis bank credit card statement may 2010, I got a pamphlets from AVA Merchandizing. They were offering some attractive discount on some product on purchasing with axis bank credit cards. I ordered via phone(1800-1800-300) for a shoe on 24/05/2010 with my above said card.(Customer Id AVA/10/0164166 and Order No AX 501)

At the same time they debited Rs1990.from my card and committed that they will deliver the product within 21 days. But After 21 days I did not received any product so I cancelled the order on 19/06/2010 via phone(1800-1800-300) they told me to refund the money in my credit card account within 30 days. I did not get any refund from their side after 1 month. When I called their customer care on 25/07/2010 the told me that your cancellation request is forwarded on 22/07/2010 and it will take more 30 days to process the request. From 25/07/2010 till date I have called them(01244697999) many time and every time they are telling it will take more 10 to 15 days but still I did not get any refund.
