Submit Complaint..Never use NG pay for railway tickets. I wanted to cancel a ticket but NG pay won't work. The customer care informed me that they will do the cancellation on my behalf before train chart is prepared. However they took more than a month resulting in huge loss to me. Dont know if this 30 day late cancellation will be valid

poor service from ngpay.com (HDFC Bank Mobile Banking) Dear Sir,
I have purchasesed a Deo. from ngpay through mobile on 28-08-2010 with transaction no. NGPAY1056515741 and have been told that my order will be delivered with in 7 business days, but my order was not delivered even by 10 days then I called/mailed on there customer care no. +91 80 67004000 / through their website several times, but nothing happened, at last they gave me a docket no thn092744171 of professional courier but the courier company says that the docket no. is invalid. I very much frustated and unsatisfied by their services and customer support.....
