I am Sandeep Jha from Moula-ali, Hyderabad,
Rediff shopping is a complete fraud, and my case is a burning example, i placed an
order for 2 GB shuffle with order no. 5351286 and i paid Rs 710 as COD, After like a
couple of weeks i receive my package and when i opened the shipment i was completely
astronished to see that the package contains 1 GB shuffle instead of 2 GB with poor
sound quality and a headphone which will make your ears to use a sound magnifier,
and it never runs more than 5 mins, even the gadget is not looking like a new one, i
bought it for my mom, as a mother's day gift and i was not able to gift that crap to
my mom, its ruined my expectation and my emotions, I know they have cheated me, and
there is nothing much i can do. i reported the incident atleast 10 times through
there website and am yet to get a response from them.
It was a bad experience for me and i will never use any kind of online shopping
portal, All are craps and cheaters and liers. They all are a corrupted business
criminals.

Please, review my incident and provide me a resolution.

I have ordered the Jackpot Offer...Pearl set with Pearl watch through rediff-online shopping on 5 July 2009. Order number is 5461498. It was mentioned that it will be delivered within 3 days but till not it has not been delivered. 13 days has already over. When I placed the order, I received the Vendor name as V.K Gulati and phone number 32443594. I am trying calling but not able to reach. I checked the order status on rediff site and it was mentioned that order has been handed over to currier with consignment number 44208832625 and name of currier is Blue Dart. I checked on Blue Dart site to check the status of consignment but it is saying “In-valid number”. I have raised the compliant on rediff customer care and got the response that they will check with Vendor management team and get back to me.
Can you please help me so that I can receive my order or at-least get back my money.

Im also facing the prob with the same vendor (V K Gulati, Hyderabad Pearls). First of all i would recommened rediff to confirm the phone number of the respective vendor before they publish in thier website. i tried to reach V K Gulati number and that number is out of service.

My order no is 5537948 dated 10 aug 09. As per the comitted date it should have been deliverd by this time. Also the order status shows the order has been deliverd through Aramex courier. I still did not receive anything and when i spoke with courier office, there is no such consignment available.

I am worried whether i would receive the product or money back :-(. There is no response from rediff customer care as well. Please let me know in case if you get any updates. You can reach me @ 98861 33543.

I am also facing the problem with the same vendor (V K Gulati, Hyderabad Pearls). I placed an order (Order No 5552153) for Kundan Set on 21 August 2009 but till now the product has not been delivered but the delivery status shows the status as 'Delivered' through Aramex courier. The consignment no is 6342820385 which is not at all available in the Aramex courier website. Also, the vendor's contact no 32443594 is always switched off. I have sent 2 mails to Rediff Customer Care but have not received any reply. I don't know whether I will receive the product or my money back (it was supposed to be a gift to my cousin for her birthday). Please let me know if you get any updates in my case. Dear Sir, My order no in Rediff shopping is 5670377. The product was NFS SERIES Remote Controlled Sports Car Full Function Buy1 Get 1 Free. I received only one CAR the other CAR which is free is not there. This is absolutely a fake marketting and is not acceptable by me as a consumer.
